If a signing link fails or expires before any party signs, we don't charge you. You only pay for completed, sealed agreements.

Pricing questions

When does the free trial end?
There's no trial period. The free plan gives you 2 free signings every month, permanently. No credit card required to sign up.
What counts as "one signing"?
One signing = one agreement fully signed by all parties (landlord + tenant). Sending reminders or resending the link doesn't count as extra signings.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Pro plan cancellations take effect at the end of the billing month.
Do you accept UPI or net banking?
Yes. Payments are accepted via UPI, debit/credit card, and net banking through our payment gateway (Razorpay).
Is GST included in the price?
All prices shown are exclusive of GST. 18% GST will be added at checkout. A GST invoice is provided for every transaction.
